.اكتب العنوان بشكل واضح. الدولة ، المنطقة، اسم الشارع، رقم المنزل وأقرب علامة مميزة

.اكتب رقم الهاتف صحيحاً وكاملاً اكتب رقم هاتف تحمله معك وتأكد من الرد على أي اتصال يصلك، وقراءة أي رسائل نصيّة تصلك من شركة الشحن

حرصاً على بناء علاقة ثقة قوية وطويلة الأمد مع عملائنا لذا يرجى الاطلاع على سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع مع العلم أن الطلب يستغرق 10-14 يوم للوصول إليكم.

في حالة وجود خطأ أو عيوب صناعة يمكنكم تقديم طلب من خلال خدمة العملاء وذلك بتصوير فيديو أو صورة توضح حالة المنتج وعند الموافقة على الطلب سيتم اصدار كود خصم بقيمة المنتج واستخدامه في عمليات شراء أخرى أو استبداله بنفس المنتج المطلوب ولا يمكن طلب استبداله بمنتج آخر.

ملاحظة: في حالة نفاذ المخزون من المنتج المطلوب يتم شحنه من مقرنا بمـصـر وبالتالي لا يمكنكم طلب استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج إلا في حالات السابق ذكرها.

Tips for getting your shipment fast
Write the address clearly. Governorate, region, street name, house number and nearest identification mark
Type in the correct and complete phone number. Write a phone number that you carry with you and make sure to answer any call you receive, and read any text messages you receive from the shipping company.

In order to build a strong and long-term trust relationship with our customers, please review the exchange and return policy, knowing that the order takes 10-14 days to reach you.

In the event of an error or manufacturing defect, you can submit a request through customer service by filming a video or photo showing the condition of the product. Upon approval of the request, a discount code for the value of the product will be issued and used in other purchases or replaced with the same requested product. It cannot be requested to be replaced with another product.

Note: If the requested product runs out of stock, it will be shipped from our headquarters in Egypt. Therefore, you cannot request an exchange or return of the product except in the cases mentioned above.
